My husband said he should be home in less than 2 weeks but he doesn’t want to give me the date yet cause it could still change… but he did say he’ll tell me a few days before so I can let my work know! :D :D :D
I wasn’t able to donate because of all my layers :( Plus they would have wanted 10 inches and I didn’t want to go that short. 2 people asked me if my hair is colored.. I told them noo I haven’t colored it in over 3 years and that the blonde is my natural highlights…But anyway, here’s a pic of my updated hair :D I love it!!
Going to get 8 inches of hair cut off today to donate it! Nervous but excited at the same time… I’ll miss how nice it looks in pictures but I won’t miss having to take care of it :D

I’ve been pretty busy the past month… a friend from work has been staying with me and she will move out Memorial weekend. This Saturday I’m going to get my hair cut and I’m thinking about coloring it, with my friends help, to a darker brown. I’m going to miss how long it looks in pictures but it’s too much of a hassle during the summer months.
Other than that there’s really nothing new… went to the beach yesterday. My friend and I were there for about 2 hours. I made sure to keep my tattoo out of the sun as much as I could and ended up laying on my back when I wasn’t taking pictures :p

Tuesday, March 27
I had to work that day but my parents and twin got to my house at about 4:45 pm! I was still at work but a nice co-worker switched shifts with me and I was able to get out of work at 5 :) My family was surprised to see me come home early because I don’t get off work until 6. I made Chicken Curry for them and it was a huuuge hit :) I’m glad they loved it. We hung around the house and just enjoyed the evening together.
Wednesday, March 28
Tattoo Day!!! Rach and I went to get tattooed by Rob and made it there at 10. Rach went first. He started on her at ten till 11. She got song lyrics tattooed on her ribs and it looks soo good. It took exactly an hour for hers to get done and then we went to get lunch… and then it was my turn to go. He tattooed me for another 3 and a half hours and got a lot done. The last 40 min were the worst because my skin was swollen…the flowers at the bottom was a very painful spot… worst than the spine I thought. I probably have at least another session and a half till it’s finished.
We left there at 4:30 and headed back home. My parents surprised me by doing yard work and other things around the house to help me out since Steve is gone :) My parents are amazing. We ended up relaxing at the house for the rest of the day. I needed my sister’s help for the first washing of my tattoo.. it felt gross and hurt so bad that I didn’t wanna touch it haha I didn’t even care that she saw me naked cause I wanted her help :p We relaxed for the rest of the afternoon and enjoyed each others company :)
Thursday, March 29
We went to the Norfolk Botanical Garden. There’s a pair of Bald Eagles that made a nest there so some of the garden was blocked from entering so that they’d have a safe area to keep their babies without people bothering them. We got some AMAZING pics of one of the Eagles. It was beautiful.. I’d never seen a Bald Eagle before that wasn’t in a zoo. I’ll never forget that day and I’m so glad I got to share that memory with my family :D We took a lot of pretty pics and got some good ones of each other and of all of us together. Afterwards we drove by the ocean front and was going to get out there and walk on the beach but we decided it was too busy and decided to go to Sandbridge Beach. We took some nice pics there and then came home. For dinner we went to Finn McCools, and Irish restaurant/bar. Rach and I treated our parents to dinner.. I thought the appetizers were sooooo good.
Friday, March 30
Mine and Steve’s 3 year anniversary!!!! :D On this day we went to see the Cape Henry Lighthouses on Fort Story military base. This was my 2nd time going there and for some reason going up this time made me more dizzy lmao heights used to not bother me.. I don’t know what’s happened with that :p It was fun though and we had a great time laughing about it :D My mom and I went to Walmart soon after we got back home so that she could get things to make her amazinggg spaghetti. She also helped me pick out sheer curtains for the living room that we hung up after we got home :) I watched her make the spaghetti and froze the leftovers yummm. Oh! after we left the light houses I got a call from Steve!! I didn’t expect it at all and I didn’t know they were at port but it felt so good to hear his voice on our anniversary. I couldn’t stop smiling :)
Saturday, March 31
My family left at 10 am :’( I was so sad to see them go.. I relaxed the whole day and didn’t worry about cleaning up my house. I saved that for Sunday :p

-So this week is a 4 day work week and I’m very happy for that :)
-On Sunday Steve and I got to chat online and he sent me 2 pics of the progress he’s made with working out… o.m.g. he looks soo good! I thought his stomach was fine before but damn he’s got abs now and he looks amazing.. wish he was here so I could see him in person :p His arms were nice before as well but I can tell they’ve gotten larger too… oohhh I hope the rest of deployments keeps going as fast as it has been :)
-My tattoo is healing nicely. Yesterday it was flaking pretty heavily but today it’s starting look normal. I wish I could scratch the heck out of it but I can’t. Booo.
Well I guess I wrote about the main things of my week so I’m going to get off here :)
